By streamlining these tasks, Ampliyo enables businesses to boost their online reputation, retain more customers, and drive revenue growth .

This encourages customer loyalty by rewarding customers for coming back, which in turn increases their lifetime value. Ampliyo tracks points and redemptions automatically, eliminating the overhead of managing loyalty cards or spreadsheets.

  • AI-Driven Personalization & Optimization: At the core of Ampliyo is an AI engine that analyzes customer data and behavior to optimize engagement. The AI helps craft personalized campaign content (such as suggesting email subject lines or message text) and even recommends the optimal times to send out communications for each user segment . Role & Responsibilities

I spearheaded the end-to-end development of Ampliyo from concept to launch, taking on multiple roles throughout the project lifecycle:

  • Product Strategy & Research: Conducted market research and gathered requirements from small business owners to identify key needs in online review management and automated marketing. Defined the product vision and feature set based on these insights.

  • UX/UI Design Coordination: Designed intuitive user flows and wireframes for the Ampliyo web application (dashboard, campaign builder, analytics pages), ensuring the platform would be easy to use for non-technical business owners.

  • Full-Stack Development: Built the platform from scratch, including the front-end (using modern web frameworks for a responsive dashboard) and back-end (implementing server-side logic, database design, and integration of third-party APIs). Developed core features like the review request scheduler, SMS/email dispatch system, loyalty program tracker, and the AI recommendation engine. Implemented AI integration by utilizing machine learning APIs to generate content suggestions and perform sentiment analysis on feedback.

  • Integration & Deployment: Integrated external services (for example, Twilio for SMS delivery and SendGrid for emails, as well as Google APIs for review links) to extend platform capabilities. Set up cloud infrastructure and continuous deployment pipelines to ensure a robust and scalable production environment.

  • Testing & Iteration: Conducted extensive testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure reliability. Gathered beta user feedback and iterated on features and UI improvements. Prioritized enhancements and bug fixes leading up to launch.

  • Launch & Marketing: Managed the launch timeline and go-to-market strategy. Created marketing content (website copy, tutorials, and demos) to educate potential users. Also handled onboarding of initial clients and provided support to ensure a smooth adoption of the platform.

Outcome & Impact

Ampliyo was successfully launched and has been adopted by businesses across various service industries – from salons and restaurants to clinics and home services. The platform immediately helped busy entrepreneurs save time on marketing tasks while improving customer retention. Early results have been very promising: clients have reported significant boosts in engagement and growth after using Ampliyo.
