🧩 Product Overview
Blackline Safety Portal is the cloud-based command center that powers Blackline’s connected safety ecosystem. It enables organizations to configure, monitor, and respond to safety incidents across thousands of lone workers and hazardous environments in real time.
Used by operations teams, safety officers, and customer success teams, the portal connects directly with wearable safety devices and mobile apps through proprietary SMS-like message protocols, offering end-to-end visibility of the workforce and equipment health.
🛠️ What I Led
At Blackline, I was deeply embedded with the software, firmware, and hardware teams to expand platform capabilities, support new product launches, and streamline safety response workflows across a global customer base.
