ElectionBuddy is a secure, easy-to-use SaaS platform that helps HOAs, professional associations, government bodies, non-profits, and other organizations conduct secure, auditable online elections at scale.
From nominations to ballot design, from voting to result calculation and distribution—ElectionBuddy automates the full election workflow with support for email, SMS, and manual delivery methods, offering a seamless and secure experience for both organizers and voters.
🛠️ My Role & Contributions
I was brought in to lead the complete product transformation of ElectionBuddy from its legacy V1 to a fully modernized, scalable V2 platform. My responsibilities spanned product strategy, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and growth enablement across both technology and business teams.
